We’ve had one session at the life education caravan, looking at healthy food.
How much fruit and veg should you eat a day?
You should eat 5 a day, 3 veg and 2 fruit.
How often do you have junk food?
You can eat a little junk food.
Should you drink fizzy drinks every day?
No because its bad for your body and teeth its full of sugar you should drink water.

Netbook reflection

My name is Phoenix I am from Panmure Bridge School, room 6 and this is my net book reflection

The things I like about my netbook is that I can research things I am learning about my topics and I can keep my work all filed.

The things I don’t like about my netbook  is it takes a lot of battery power and the internet is very slow it takes a very long time to load on the internet and it takes a long time to type for me.

I think the most unusual thing about the netbooks is that when you're working the net book just shuts off and then you have to do everything again it is very confusing and frustrating for
me to it all over.

My court story

So bone chilling the quietness of the room hope in the air. On Thursday 17Th and Friday 18Th I was in court for all the things the police took from my father. I was so excited to go to court hoping we would get our things back, but I also knew that we may not. For two days I sat in court reading in the back row. I could hear the voices of the lawyers talking. Then it finished. They said to come back tomorrow. Then the next day they changed the date. The court case will be February 1st. Then I thought I could be at school having fun. But I still have hope that we are going to win the court case.
